With over 30 years of industry experience, Joselyn is the founder and driving force behind Joselyn Bancs Hair. Her career has been shaped by an ongoing commitment to mastering her craft, with advanced education alongside some of Australia’s leading artists, including Lorna Evans, Sharon Blain and Dario Cotroneo. Renowned for her depth of knowledge, meticulous eye and ability to evolve with the industry, Joselyn brings decades of expertise to every client she works with.

Specialising in premium extensions and weft extensions, hair loss and scalp care, and Korean Head Spa treatments, Joselyn’s expertise extends far beyond creating beautiful hair. Her work is grounded in understanding the hair and scalp, achieving seamless, natural-looking transformations and protecting the integrity of the hair at every stage. It is this combination of experience, technical skill and genuine dedication to her clients that has defined her work throughout her career.

With over 13 years of industry experience, Liv brings an exceptional level of skill, creativity and confidence to her role as Salon Manager at JBH. Known for her warm presence and meticulous attention to detail, she has built a loyal clientele who trust her ability to understand their vision and consistently deliver beautiful, polished results. As a certified Redken colourist and balayage specialist, Liv combines extensive colour knowledge with an instinctive eye for tone, dimension and finish.

Specialising in rich brunettes, lived-in blondes, extensions and weft extensions, Liv is passionate about creating hair that looks effortlessly luxurious while remaining wearable and beautifully maintained. Her ability to understand both the possibilities of the hair and the vision of her client allows her to create transformations that feel considered, refined and beautifully executed.

Specialising in seamless blonde transformations, elegant upstyles, bridal hair and premium extensions, Kayla is recognised for creating polished, flawless finishes across every aspect of her work. Whether undertaking a significant colour transformation or creating hair for a special occasion, her focus remains on exceptional workmanship, beautiful results and maintaining the health and integrity of the hair throughout the process.

With over 10 years of industry experience and a Colour Specialist Degree through the L’Oréal Professionnel Academy, Jake brings an exceptional level of technical knowledge, creativity and precision to his work. As a dedicated colour specialist, he is known for his ability to transform hair through considered colour placement, expert formulation and an understanding of how colour should complement each individual. From the initial consultation through to the finished result, Jake approaches every appointment with meticulous attention to detail.

Specialising in colour transformations and lived-in blondes, Jake has particular expertise in creating low-maintenance, long-lasting colour that remains beautiful well beyond the salon. His signature work is seamless, dimensional and effortlessly blended, with a strong focus on maintaining the health and integrity of the hair. Alongside his colour expertise, Jake is also a qualified Head Spa Technician, bringing his considered approach to both exceptional hair and scalp care.

As an emerging stylist at Joselyn Bancs Hair, Stella is building her career surrounded by decades of industry experience, developing her skills under the guidance of the JBH team while establishing her own approach to the craft. With a natural eye for beautiful hair and a genuine passion for the industry, she brings enthusiasm, creativity and an impressive attention to detail to her work.

Throughout her apprenticeship, Stella continues to expand her knowledge across cutting, colour, styling and the latest salon techniques, gaining invaluable hands-on experience while refining her skills.

Her commitment to learning and growing as a stylist makes her an exciting talent within the salon and one to watch as she works towards becoming the next generation of Joselyn Bancs Hair.
